ficus tree insect

I recently repotted my ficus tree and it was doing well but now I notice small fleas in the soil. What can I do to get rid of the fleas? Thank you very much for any information you can give on this.

Other than repotting the plant again in sterilized soil, you could try treating with neem oil. If this doesn’t work, then you may need to try sterilizing your potting soil. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/soil-fertilizers/sterilizing-soil.htm [1]
