Ficus House Plant

The tree grew two small green seeds, at the top, but they soon fell off. They were the size of two small peas. What were they and can I use them for anything?

These were seeds that were produced and yes, you can germinate them. It is best to try using the seeds fresh.
Propagating from root cuttings is the preferred method and likely more successful then seed starting.
