Q.Ficus Alli Dying

Zone Richmond Hill Ga | Cste95@aol.com added on November 2, 2017 | Answered

I have 2 Ficus Alli that until a few days ago seemed to be doing great. Now I notice extreme leaf loss, center branches drying up and are both covered in white spot. I used my flashlight to check for spider mites and scales but didn’t see any. Can someone help me

Hello,

Thank you for sending us your gardening question. From your description, it sounds like your ficus has a fungus, such as powdery mildew. You will need to treat it with a fungicide, either in a spray or a drench form. If you wish to use something organic, you can use neem oil.
