Q.Fertilizing raised garden
My son in law built me a raised garden last year. He filled it with what was called garden soil…..I think. I need to add more soil this year, as it is not high enough. The garden is 20 ft x 6 ft. I planted green peppers that did not produce any peppers and the tomatoes did not do well either. What kind of soil would you recommend that I add? I know that I must need some kind of fertilizer, but I have no idea what. Kind, nor how much. I want a healthy fertilizer without a lot of chemicals. Also, how would I apply the fertilizer for a raised garden? I am a woman, and must handle this on my own. Lol. Any help and info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
