Q.Fertilizing peach trees

Zone 28078 | Anonymous added on March 7, 2018 | Answered

In your description for fertilizing you said trees should be fertilized twice a year, using 1 pound of fertilizer per application until trees are 5 years old. You then stated that at five years they ONLY needed 5 pounds per application, which would be 10 pounds per year. Is that right?

Yes, the amounts given are per application of fertilizer.

I do agree it reads a bit confusing, and will ask the Editor to take a look at the article.
