Fertilizing

Question

Hi I have some plants in my back garden such as roses, jasmine, herbs, etc. could you please inform me about how to fertilize them? Also, I don’t know when to plant a hybrid tea and how to fertilize it. Kind Regard Sajjad

Generally, you will find out what each of the plants' needs are, and fertilize them accordingly. Some people use an all purpose for everything, though.
