I don't recommend any fertilizer for starting seeds. They contain enough nutrients for the first portion of the seedling stage. Once you transplant, I would suggest mixing compost and potting soil or using the nutrient line of your choice.
Make sure that you test your soil, regularly, so that overfeeding is avoided.
