False Sunflower deformed leaves

I have several False Sunflowers, Lorraine variety, and some of them are growing in with deformed leaves. Please see photos attached. Some of the flowers are coming in deformed too.

This is most likely aphids. They can be very difficult to see with the naked eye.
Treat with Neem Oil.
