Q.fall planting of perenials in zone 8

Moving to South Carolina. Can I plant Shasta daisies, coneflowers, blanket flowers in Sept. or Oct. using small plants not seeds?

Certainly you can plant perennials in the fall.

Provide water until the plants are established and then you can cut back.
