Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comHave a hedge which contains 4 rosa rugosa bushes, about 10 years old-yellow and cream varieties. They were trimmed back to about 4 feet two years ago, one though – has failed to produced flowers – or hips since, Although now 7 foot high and vigorous there is no sign of buds on this one – the others are Ok. solution?
