Extra Short Burning Bush Variety??

Question

We are looking for an extra small dwarf burning bush that at mature height, is only 4’ tall and wondering if there is such a variety? We want them for multiple hedges in our condo association and they have a height limit. They don’t take the fact that they can be trimmed into account so we need to find something that will only grow to that height and give us that beautiful fall color. We live in northern Iowa, zone 4. Thank you!

There is one that stays close to that. 'Rudy Haag' will reach, only, 5 feet. It can be pruned to height from there.
