Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have been growing hibiscus for 25 years and I have never heard them referred to as tropical and/or hardy hibiscus. The genus is known as Rosa sinenis whether it is hardy or otherwise can you please explain?
