Eucalyptus tree shedding brown leaves

this tree is approx 40 to 45 foot tall , about 10 foot from property , should i be worried ?

The peeling appears to be the natural process, but the browning leaves can signal a fungal infection. I would apply dolomitic lime, and wettable sulfur to the area, and this could clear up by the next season
