Eucalyptus Tree Blight?

We have a tree over 10 years old,  approximately 25-30 ft tall. It has always been beautiful, but this year the leaves keep getting dried and brown. It looks like it is dying. Is there anything that attacks these trees or could it be age? We hate to lose it.
