Eucalyptus Tree

Question

My eucalyptus tree, which I planted last spring, is very brittle and no sign of new growth. The leaves are silvery but at the moment are discolored and crisp. I pruned it in the fall last year but think it might be dead or dying. Is there anything I can do to revive it?
