Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have a 20 year old Rose of Sharon, in full sun. Only a few of the branches have leaves and flower buds. The rest of the branches are naked. It usually leafs out in stages but it has never taken quite this long. How can I tell if it is dying and should be replaced? I live in the Chicago area. Please advise. Thank for your help.
