Escallonia Pink Pixie

Please can you help... My escallonia are planted in sun, they're 12 months old & healthy, growing well. It's now late spring after a cold, wet & very windy winter in Melbourne. I have lots of green foliage but no buds or flowers... why???

If they need pruning, escallonia should be pruned in late summer. Pruning in the late fall or spring could cause lack of flowering.
