Errant grasses in English Ivy garden

Question

Is there a product I can spray or sprinkle over my established English Ivy garden that will kill grasses growing in between the vines? I have tried a few commercial products but am worried I will also kill the ivy. Any ideas?

This is never the answer that gardeners want, hand pulling the weeds is the only safe and effective method.
Once the grass is under control you can heavily mulch the area to keep the weeds and grass from returning.
