Q.English Lavender

Zone U.K. South-East. | Harryman added on August 29, 2016 | Answered

I have a 40 cm square wooden planter. I would like to grow Lavender in it. How many plants, what compost, etc. to grow them in? What sort would be best (hardy ones, etc.) and what about pruning? Thank you.

Lavender prefers a well-drained soil with a high proportion of sand. This is a sun-loving plant so be sure to place it in your sunniest spot.
