Eliminating Poa Annua

Question

I have been trying (obviously unsuccessfully) to rid my residential yard of this winter and spring pest for years to no avail! The closest I have come is using Fert-alome fall application about this time of the year which takes care of about 90% of it! Do you have any other suggestions (preferably a liquid application) that will be more effective??
