Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWe had planted 4 cypress trees on an elevated ground,3 feet above ground level. The trees are about 6 years old and look pale green as opposed to the deep green they should be. This is a wild guess but the the water table to far down for the roots to reach < thank you

You could be right about the water. Have you checked your trees for spider mites or other kinds of problems? You may also want to test your soil to determine whether your soil has enough acidity and follow up with fertilizing in early spring. Here are a couple articles that should help:
