Eggs on fruit trees

I have these on my orange trees, which I not seen before, and they are all over the place. I think they are eggs of some sort.

These are definitely insect eggs, and they look like Asian citrus psyllid eggs. However, there are also several other insects that have eggs like this, so I’m not sure. Here is more information about the psyllid:
