Q.eggplants won’t produce

Anonymous added on July 28, 2015 | Answered

We are getting lots of water, rain almost everyday. Have large beautiful plants with lots of flowers. Tried hand pollination, which worked well last year. Have them planted about 3 feet on east side of wooden fence.

Well this one has me stumped, I have to say. The only two likely causes for a lack of fruit but plenty of blooms is not enough water or poor pollination, both of which seem to be covered here. The only other thing that it could be is the rain. If you are getting so much rain, even when hand pollinating, it makes it difficult for the pollen to take. You may need to wait for the rains to settle a bit and then try hand pollinating again.
