Eggplant hand pollination

I been hand pollinating my Eggplant plants for two weeks now. About 1 month now they started to bloom lot of flowers after two weeks of not seeing any fruits i started to hand pollinate them. I have been doing this for two weeks and my flowers are slowly but dying or falling. Any comments or ideas why? The plants are big and healthy and been watering fine and been giving them compost tea.

Your application of compost tea may be too often and too high in nitrogen.
Eggplants are heavy feeders, but need the phosphorous for fruit production.
One cup of phosphorous rich fertilizer at the planting of starter plants, followed by 1/4 cup phosphorous rich fertilizer in a 2 foot circle around the plant, just after blooming. This should be the only fertilizer needed.
