Does it benefit them to cover English boxwood dwarfs during sub-freezing 20 degree weather?

This plant is listed as hardy in USDA gardening zones 6-8 and marginally hardy in zone 5. That means it can tolerate temperatures down to -10 degrees F, or -20 degrees F with protection. Therefore 20 degree weather shouldn’t be a problem for the shrub.
