Q.Easy Elegance Shrub Rose With Downy Mildew
Hello, I planted 4 different Easy Elegance Shrub Roses last summer. In the fall, one of them started showing signs for downy mildew. I sprayed weekly with a rotation of 3 different copper and other fungicides for the remainder of the growing season and did my best to remove all infected foliage as it fell. I know it’s unlikely that I got it all and expect the plant to still be infected now. Is there anything I can do to kill this once and for all in this plant, before it spreads through out the garden? Is there a systemic product I can use on all 4 roses to prevent? These do attract a lot of bees so, hoping to find something that wont also kill the bees. Any product recommendations you might have to knock this out and control moving forward would be great. Attached pics are of when I first noticed the issue. Thanks for your time and advice. I really appreciate it.

It sounds like you did the right things last summer. This spring, some preventative spraying will help plus thinning the branches to improve air circulation. We don't recommend brands but the article below mentions the active ingredient that seems to offer control.
