Early Blooming Pear Trees in Tucson

Looking for the type of flowering pear tree that produces white flowers and blooms in February between 2,500 to 3,500 ft in elevation.

The pear tree in question is a phoenix pear tree I do believe. There is a blurb on the phoenix pear tree on this website:
