Dying tangerine tree?

My tangerine tee has lost 75% of its leaves has no fruit and branches have become brittle. Previously it was beautiful and full and an incredible amount of tangerines. It’s been over 100* for several months now. What can I do to save my tree? Help!

The extreme heat is the likely cause of leaf drop.
Make sure you are watering sufficiently.
Adding 3 to 4 inches of hardwood mulch can help.
