Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comHi,
I bought this plant from a farmers market last Christmas. I’m not sure what it is but when I bought it they told me to not take lid off it or water it – just to trim it If it outgrows jar. One of my friends accidentally watered it in April and despite draining the water out at the time it’s never been same and appears to be dying.
Any advice would be great.
Thanks,
Lucie

Unfortunately, those environments are very precise when they are sealed. Changing the environment will make it near impossible to restore. You may end up losing this plant. Just make sure should you try again, to keep the environment very static. It will sustain itself for quite a long time on its own.
