Can anyone tell me what’s with my Sambucus nigra ( Black ace ) as all the leaves are wilting and dying

Possibilities include borer insects, scale, or a fungal infection such as verticillium wilt. It also could be a watering issue. They cannot tolerate drought, so if it is not raining there, you should be watering. They need 1 to 2 inches of water a week.
