Dying Eucalyptus

My eucalyptus tree has been in my garden 3 yrs now and was brilliant until now and all the grey/blue leaves are now brown and brittle. Is my tree dead from the really bad frost we had at the beginning of this year?

Older trees can survive cold spells for short periods with only leaf loss as damage. Yours is still rather young, so it may or may not survive.
