Q.Dying Cornus Kousa

I planted my new Cornus Kousa in a well fertilised hole and have watered it every day but the leaves are shrivelled and it appears to be dying, what am I doing wrong as it wasn’t cheap?

This will be a delicate balance. I would make sure that the soil is not moist before watering. I would wait until the soil is completely dry down to a finger's length before watering again. It is likely being overwatered. They do not tolerate drought, but can easily catch infection from overly moist soil.
