Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWhen it’s in the upper 90’s lower 100’s they become like mushy, or used to say mealy. How do you decide when to pick by temperature or by taste? I haven’t been thinning out our tree, I see natural selection by the tree it drops the weaker as the rest grow bigger. This is a bumper year, last year not as many peaches and not as sweet. I live in an 88005 zip code. Any advise will be appreciated. The tree is maybe between 8-12 yrs old, I planted it on the East front of the house.
