Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI bought mini purple bellflowers in a large pot from someone to put in front of my home. I wondered if there was a way to care for it through winter in the pot so I could continue to keep it as a potted plant next year?

In your zone, it should be ok to simply leave them outdoors for winter without any special care. You can, however, add a layer of mulch over top or wrap the container should any unusual wintry weather be expected.
