Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI ordered Dutch yellow shallots in the spring from territorial seed company. They arrived a little over a week ago. I don’t know if I’m supposed to plant them now, as I live in the Pacific Northwest. Also, if I can’t plant them now, can they be stored safely till spring?

In most areas it will be too late to plant them. To store them until the spring, place them in a cool, dry location. The vegetable drawer in your fridge is a good place.
