Dusty, White Residue on Leaves

Anonymous added on September 1, 2011 | Answered

We have a problem with some of our garden getting dusty, white residue on the leaves--mainly zucchini and yellow squash. Is it blight? It's the same area where all my tomatoes rotted last year and the cucumbers struggled this year.

Sounds like a case of powdery mildew. Here is an article that you may find helpful: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/disease/powdery-mildew-homemade-and-organic-remedies.htm
