During Propogation Why Leaf Turns Into Black

Dear sir, good evening. I am staying in Middle East which is quite hot and humid place. I like succulents and bought many times. While trying to propagate the same, I found most of the time the leaves turn into black color either full or part. This happened with Crassula Ovata and in some other plants. Also my Panda plant branch color changed and breaking. I need your advice

It could be too much water or humidity. Follow these instructions when propagating your succulent plants.
