Q.Dumb Cane Houseplant
My Dumb Cane houseplant is not thriving even though I don’t overwater and have her in a filtered bright light area (6ft from West facing window), good drainage pot. Brown spots, dry edges, tiny black spots under the leaves, yellowing leaves top to middle to bottom, new growth is pale. I treated it with Neem oil without success. What am I doing wrong? Pls reply!

It sounds as though you may need to fertilize and, perhaps, change the location of the plant. Since the Neem oil didn't work, try an insecticidal soap on the underside of the leaves.
