Dry Leaves on Blueberry Plant

I purchased blueberry plant from Chelsea flower show, but now all the leaves are very, very dry and dropping. I feed the plant with tomato plant food. PLEASE help me and let me know what should I do to save this beautiful plant. I would appreciate your help, as I am heart broken with this condition.

It sounds like it is not getting enough water. If it is in a container, it needs to be watered everyday in hot weather. If it has been planted in the ground, you will need to water it once a day for 1-2 weeks and then once a week for the rest of the season so that it establishes itself well.
