Droopy Roses

Question

Hello – I’m wondering why our roses aren’t flowering properly? When they start to open they lack form and structure but instead, the petals are soft and quickly brown on the edge. The roses look droopy.

I'm wondering if your roses were visited by thrips while in bud. Another possibility is botrytis blight. Here is more:
