Drooping Leaves

Hello. I have a hyacinth. The bloom has already died, I’ve cut the stall down. I transplanted from a 4″ plastic pot to a 6″ clay pot. It was fine till mid morning the next day the leaves drooped.

In the picture I have them held with a tie, without it, they would be hanging over the side.

Should I cut the leaves off?
