Q.Dried Peppers Mint Plant

My potter pepper mint plant looks like attached pictures. Please advise .

It may be overwatered. Try repotting in fresh soil and a clean container. Let the soil dry 1 to 2 inches down between waterings. Drain it well. Give it as much light as you can from a south or west window. Here is more on its care:
