Dogwood Tree

My Dogwood is not growing! It does get flowers on it but has been same size for 3 years.

I would first check the variety of tree that you planted.
A Dogwood can reach 40 feet in maturity, but there are many dwarf varieties of the Dogwood tree that stay much smaller.

Check the growing conditions against the articles below.
If you tree is planted in full sun, this can lead to a stressed tree.
