Dogwood is not blooming

I have three dogwoods in my small front yard. Two of them are blooming but one is not. They are all in the same yard with the same lighting, water, soil, and no fertilizer. I also prune them all in late fall in the same way. They all bloomed last year. Can you offer any advice? I hope it is not dead. Please don’t let it be dead.

Do the branches bend or snap off? Live branches will still be pliable.

If you scratch the bark, do you see green underneath?
Live tissue will be green.

Here is an article that will help you check the possible reasons.

If you have not new growth in the upcoming weeks, your tree may have died over the winter months.
