Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comPlanted a dogwood tree in full sun last fall and ensured it got plenty of water after planting and during growing season. Now (May), it is green inside, has numerous buds but no leaves have bloomed. What can I do to encourage leaf growth?

A late cold snap or frost may have directly effected the Dogwood. This can be very common.
