Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy red dogwood tree did not bloom this year. It has leaves, although some of them were curled under a bit. It did not bloom two years ago either. I’m wondering if it needs to be fertilized. The tree is 6 or 7 years old.
