Dog Repellant Least Intrusive To Pollinators

Question

I read the article on natural dog repellents and I’m leaning toward vinegar or pepper. I dont want to repel butterflies hummers or bees however. Is one of theses less invasive on them? Thanks

Pepper, if I had to choose one, would be better. Though when you are working with organic means, it is necessary to use as many remedies as possible. Just be aware that one method, alone, may not be enough.
