I didn't find specific tips for diabetic dogs, but tips like creating a safe area in the yard for a dog to urinate will help. Here are some ideas:

Fertilizing dimondia isn't necessary, but if you want to increase its vigor, fertilize once a year in early spring with a low potency, organic fertilizer.
