Does This Site Have Information About What To Plant In Zone 10b?

I have not found any information about best plant selection for zone 10b.I’m searching for the best flower and herb to plant in my zone 10b garden.

Usually, plants are grouped into what zones they survive in. Most plants survive in more than one of those zones, so when you are looking, it will need to be for a set of zones.

With that being said- Tropical plants are a safe bet. Anything labeled as such will survive with little to no chill hours.
