Does Tall Caulifower need to be trimmed?

I brought my Cauliflower indoors in temp holding plant tray for winter, and because I moved from a house to 4th floor apt. I expected to loose all of them but out of 6 plants I lost only 1, 2 are growing nice big leaves again, and the other 3 are iffy but all have new growth. These poor plants have grown tall, lost all the bottom leaves and are now top heavy.
Is it ok for them to stay tall? Should I trim them back? If so, how and where do I trim? Do I just replant them and bring the soil level up higher? I bought them last fall so I’m new to cauliflower and have had no veggies yet, but would feel successful in just keeping it alive.
I’m getting ready to replant them as well, and suggestions on that would be great!

You do not want to trim them, as you will cut off the part that will flower. They look healthy to me. Keep the soil level where it is, and try not to bury the crown when you plant them.
